By accessing this website and placing an order or enquiry with Sukhiya Global Trade, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and provide accurate information when ordering.

Products & handcrafted variation

Our jewelry is handcrafted from natural coconut shell and wood. Slight variations in colour, grain and texture are inherent to natural materials and handwork, and are not defects. Product images are representative.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and offers at any time. All orders are prepaid — we accept secure online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking) via Razorpay.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, due to stock, pricing errors or delivery limitations). A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Any amount paid for a declined order is refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to Sukhiya Global Trade and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
