Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your order number being generated. To cancel, email customercare@sukhiya.com or call +91 88558 13771 with your order number as soon as possible. After that, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may follow our Returns policy after delivery.

Refund on cancellation

If you cancel a prepaid (online) order before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we are unable to deliver to your location. In such cases you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
