Our promise
We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange of unused items in their original, undamaged condition within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can be returned only if they are unworn and the seal/packaging is intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-returnable items
Customised or made-to-order pieces, items marked “final sale”, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@sukhiya.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How to start a return
Email customercare@sukhiya.com with your order number and reason for return. We will share the return address and next steps. For approved returns, return shipping is borne by the customer except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
